Hardware Solutions
SMART Weld
The SMART weld option allows the machine to detect the position of the weld bead (both external and internal) before the bar is loaded into the machine, while the previous bar is still being processed.
Tube Size Detection
Tube size optical detection sensor.
SMART Camera
Multiple cameras may be installed inside the laser cabin for multi-angle remote viewing. One camera is included with the system.
SMART Automation
Cutlite America offers various automation options to allow for optimization of the work phases, without significant idle times for loading and unloading operations.
SMART Mandrel (Optional)
Electro spindle with a 10-bay automatic tool change device, to execute flow drilling and tapping up to M12.

TUBE Head
TUBE systems feature a unique cutting head—engineered by our research and development team—that sets us apart. Designed for minimal maintenance, the head includes a fully sealed optical unit to ensure long-term durability. Its compact, modular design also simplifies consumables, making operation and upkeep more efficient.
Automatic Step Loader
- Handles up to 6 tubes at once, with a maximum diameter of 12″ (305mm) or square sides up to 8.6″ (220mm)
- Automatic tube loading for diameters ranging from 0.8″ to 12″ (20mm to 305mm)
- Supports automatic loading lengths from 5 ft to 21 ft (1,500mm to 6,500mm), with longer lengths available upon request
- Sliding surfaces are fully coated in plastic to prevent damage or scratching to delicate materials
- Can be configured for operator-side or rear-side loading
Automatic Bundle Loader
- Supports loading capacities of up to 4,400 lbs or 8,800 lbs (2,000 / 4,000 kg)
- Automatic loading for tubes with diameters from 0.8″ to 8.6″ (20mm to 220mm); smaller diameters available upon request
- Handles automatic tube lengths from 4 ft to 21 ft (1,200mm to 6,500mm), with longer lengths available upon request
- Tube length is measured prior to machine loading for accuracy and efficiency
- All sliding surfaces are coated in plastic to protect and prevent scratches on delicate materials
