Hardware Solutions
SMART Mix (Option)
Smart Gas Mix technology improves the cutting process thanks to hardware technology controlled in real-time by our Smart Manager software. With a few clicks of the mouse, the right amount of oxygen and nitrogen can be supplied, for varying types of material.
SMART Changer (Option)
The automatic nozzle change is an option that allows the machine to automatically change the cutting head nozzle without operator intervention. With up to ten nozzle positions available and self cleaning and calibration functions, this feature is ideal for use with automation systems.
SMART Camera
Multiple cameras may be installed inside the laser cabin for multi-angle remote viewing. One camera is included with the system.
SMART Flow Automated Loading and Unloading
Cutlite America can fully automate your metal cutting operation by pairing your laser cutting system with our automation and storage systems, reducing loading and unloading times. We can tailor a fully automated loading and unloading system for your location positioned above the laser pallet changer at either 90° or in-line with the pallet changer, with or without a storage tower.
SMART Raster
SMART Raster is an optional software tool that allows the machines to raster identification numbers or images on stainless steel.
Two Level Hydraulic Lift Table
This table upgrade allows heavier plates and can support up to two sheets of 2" material.

EVO 3 Head
The XME system uses the EVO 3 cutting head, which has been proven reliable with thousands of installations worldwide when integrated with high-power fiber laser systems. Designed and built in Italy, this autofocusing cutting head offers exceptional cutting speeds on both thinner and thicker materials. The cutting head is completely sealed, and the focusing lenses can be used with up to 60KW of laser power and a pressure of 25 bar. There are three focal configurations to choose from: 150, 200, and 250mm.
Automation
Durable and quick, our loading/ unloading and storage tower solutions were designed to work with our laser systems. These highly customizable systems allow for quick and easy loading and unloading, and lights out operation.
Our Laser Sources
The fiber laser sources offered with our systems ensure remarkable metal-cutting versatility and range from 4kW to 20kW. Both the IPG and Raycus resonators are housed in an air-conditioned and sealed NEMA 12 cabinet. These highly efficient laser sources offer excellent beam quality and low energy consumption, ensuring reliable operation even in demanding production environments. At this time, only IPG offers CSA-certified resonators for the Canadian market.

Smart Composer
Smart Composer allows the user to modify previously created nesting, adding and removing patterns, and the ability to manage lead-ins/lead-outs.
